AsstrA invites you to work within an ambitious international team

For our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario, we are looking for a new Head of Italy Container Division.

Responsibilities:

· Building up the relationships with major shipping lines, maintaining constant and beneficial connections;

· Responsibility for pricing and achieving comparative advantages of our offer;

· Development of the main Trade Lanes;

· Organize and develop new, advanced types of services for the delivery of goods;

· Controlling and responsibility for the efficiency and KPI;

· Working closely with Sales department on development of new Sales and new volumes;

· Building up joint work with other offices/ocean division within AsstrA network;

· Participate in planning the activities of the Branch, increase its efficiency and effective interaction with other Branches of the company;

· Develop the team of division.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Requires experience of 3 years in Sea Transportation, with some supervisory experience, consisting of development, coaching and overall management;

· Excellent level of English;

· Candidates must have strong leadership skills and staff development experience with the ability to interact, communicate and motivate with all levels of employees and management;

· Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;

· Experience in strategic planning and execution;

· Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office).
