Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Hostel/Hotel Supervisor. You will be the right hand of our General Manager and support the Square Lover by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.Key responsibilities include monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues,
and keeping the Square vibe alive;
Solid F&B and bartending proficiency (drink preparation,
speed & quality,
service standards,
hygiene);
A people-first mindset,staying calm
& solution-oriented under pressure;Confidence with digital tools,
booking/PMS systems,and hospitality tech;
