    **Job Title:** Location Manager - Team Leader

    Overview

    Join roadsurfer, a fast-growing team with ambitious goals and great team spirit. As a Location Manager - Team Leader, you will lead the establishment and operation of our locations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving process improvements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with central departments to oversee on-site operations and implement existing standards and processes.
    • Implement innovative ideas to optimize vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation.
    • Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
    • Motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
    • Build and manage your team, recruiting top talent for your location.
    • Oversee local vehicle fleet management for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with service partners.
    • Advise customers on our products and services, sending them on happy adventures across Europe.

    Requirements:

    • Completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar.
    • Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
    • High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
    • Hands-on and effective communicator.
    • Resilient problem solver and highly organized.
    • Excellent English language skills, with fluency in the language of the country you applied for.
    • Driver's license Class B.
