The purpose of the position is to deliver continuous improvement activities related to systems and processes harmonization in the cluster (South Europe; Italy, Spain and Portugal), leading to lean processes and enabling increased customer dedication.

Also to ensure sustainable implementation of new processes and tools over time.

Please note that the location of the position can be Milan, Italy or Argentona, Spain.

Core accountabilities, strategic responsibilities, key activties:

Continuous Improvement:


  • Analyze, optimize, and enhance the endtoend operational processes in the Cluster
  • Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot gaps, identify root cause using processes defined by RKU
as a baseline

  • Create action plans and involve stakeholders in order to meet the targets defined in the
scorecard and key KPIs of Business Operations

  • Analyze regularly the effectiveness of the running processes
  • Promote changes internally and overall process efficiencies
  • Ensure and monitor compliance to services levels according to the customer segmentation and Operational Service Packages (OSPs)

Systems and Processes Excellence:


  • Support and coordinate the implementation of strategic projects and process harmonization
initiatives in the Cluster, in close collaboration with the regional key users in customer

service and logistics, Business Operations Excellence and Masterdata team

  • Ensuring that local requirements are met, in line with harmonized processes defined by the
Region

  • Participate in designing, documenting, and updating training contents to support current local
key users and ultimately users

and new processes, utilizing his/her own overall understanding on forecast to fulfillment and

after sales processes and cross-functional knowledge in the different systems (SAP, Esker, 3PL

interface, MRP)

local capabilities and capacities

  • Coordinate the backoffice implementation of new customer requests, such as EDI or
crossdocking, and internal process harmonization such as Sales promotions

  • Support data cleansing initiatives in coordination with the regional Masterdata team
  • Successfully completed university degree in the field of Business Administration, Industrial
Engineering or Computer Science

  • Good written and spoken English skills (C1 level or higher)
  • One or more local languages required in the assigned geography (Italian or Spanish)
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in an international, matrixorganized company
  • Trained in lean manufacturing concepts and/or with knowledge in continuous improvements
methods and projects management

  • Good understanding of endtoend Business Operations processes, from forecast to
fulfillment and after sales

  • Confident handling MS Office standard tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Very good understanding and handling of the SAP system landscape, in Customer Service and
in logistics distribution

  • Exposure to digital order to fulfillment tools (e.g., EDI), CRM knowledge (MS Dynamics or
equivalent) is a plus

  • Experienced in handling system launchrelated change processes and training, developing
training materials

  • Skilled communicator with a focus on stakeholders' involvement and change management
  • Passionate about sharing system and tool knowledge with colleagues in and off trainings
  • Easily adapting to new digital solutions
  • Strong in analytical and logical thinking
  • Team player with a reliable, and structured and selfguided working style
  • Motivated to collaborate in an international environment, with the willingness to
occasionally travel
