This can only be done with you: Support for PV and Wind development activities, including, among others: drafting, review and negotiation of land agreements, grid sharing agreements, agreements with public authorities for compensatory measures, concession agreements; legal analysis and support on permitting topics for RES (namely PV and onshore wind) project pipeline drafting and review of any communications to public entities as part of the project permitting process; representation of the Company to public authorities; Drafting, review and legal support for Development Service Agreements (DSA) negotiations: support legal workstream in the context of M&A transaction (NDAs, NBO, BO)

Support in corporate affairs, including corporate resolutions, committee approvals, internal procedures, SPV set up and related communications to the relevant agencies (e.g.

Chamber of Commerce) Legal support for land contract portfolio management, including, among others:

drafting of contract notices, arrangement of notarial deeds, review of title reports, monitoring of contract deadlines Legal support for technical contract review and management (e.g.

EPC contracts, grid-sharing agreements, O&M) Stay on top of relevant legislation that may affect Verbund business in Italy, including via participation in industry groups Coordination with external law firms for the activities above (e.g.

legal due diligence coordination and review, litigation) and support in RFP processes for legal advisory services (e.g. in the context of due diligence and litigation).

What you bring to the table: University degree in Law, specialization in energy and environmental law is a plus At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy practice of reputable law firm, or in the legal team of renewable energy industry player (IPP, fund or utility) Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus You want to help shape the energy transition and actively participate in climate and nature conservation. Relevant professional experience in environmental or energy law, ideally also in contract drafting and procurement law issues You have a high IT affinity and are interested in the digital development of legal processes
