Luxaviation San Marino is looking for an
Accountant, based in our offices in San Marino. In this role, the main tasks will be to prepare the financial reports to track the company's assets, liabilities, profit and loss and other related financial activities.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs general and cost accounting;
  • Codes invoices (AP/AR) record bank statements, maintain the general ledger postings;
  • Close the monthly books in a timely manner and reconciles the accounts;
  • Reconciles customer accounts and manages the accounts receivable collections;
  • Prepares the periodic (monthly) income statement, balance sheet and the related group reporting;
  • Files all required tax forms (VAT, CIT, others) with federal, state and local government agencies,
  • Assist into the annual audit by gathering all necessary information and documents to the auditors;
  • Prepare the annual accounts;
  • Maintain the ERP system in view of local and group requirements.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting;
  • Understanding of and ability to adhere to GAAP;
  • Good organizational skills and ability work independently;
  • Good written & verbal communication skills;

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in accounting;
  • 2 to 3 years accounting experience in a SME with az accounting duties.
