- Collaborate with the Innovation Mktg Team in the definition of new concepts (Insight, Benefit and Reason why)
- By leveraging on customer/market insights on an agile approach in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers, participate in the definition of the identity cards of the buyer personas (targets)
- Tailor the customer journey in compliance with priorities for every market channels and align it with the countries on a practical level
- Support the launch of each new feature/product/service providing full directin and guidance to Marketing team
- Always partnering with business unit departments
- Ensure the consistency between communication tools and the Unique Selling Proposition
- Monitor the work in progress creation of touchpoints and the countries development
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines
- Previous experience (1-2 years), preferably in structured multinational companies
- Knowledge inbound and outbound marketing approach and international markets
- Experience working collaboratively with individuals and teams
- English proficiency at least B2 level
- Clear minded, well organized in planning and focused on execution
- Attentive to details and self-motivated with project management skills
