The resource will play the role of EssenceMediacom Marketing & Communication Specialist and he/she will report to the management. He/she will be responsible for the execution of the EssenceMediacom Italy Marketing & Communication PlanROLE SCOPE
This role is also accountable for efficient and effective support of all the Marketing & Communication Initiatives.
In particular he/she will be responsible to:
- Develop an annual Marketing & Communication strategy and implementing it
- Provide inputs to the communication strategy, anticipating trends and topics, creating visibility opportunities for Company's main topics
- Interact via mail and calls with EM Global Marketing (e.g. beweekly marketing catch ups; global marketing community meetings attendance)
- Be responsible of all the marketing activities implementation and more in details:
- Client and prospect lists management
- CRM platform owner and bespoke marketing internal and external communication (e.g. Newsletter)
- Support in internal/external communication events organization (from ideation to logistics: location scouting and set up, catering organization, webinar technical set up in collaboration with IT, press conferences organization)
- Website management including basic editorial platform ownership
- Management and editorial support of EM Italy social media touchpoints (currently Linkedin, Instagram)
- Social media channels ownership and editorial content management
- Internal and external awards management (e.g. lead the sign up, drive the management of projects in relation to media and creativity awards
- Support production and editing support to the thought leadership activity (text reviewing and correction; editing, artworking and beautification)
- Hands on support for creation and preparation of all marketing materials directly (where possible) or by coordinating others (when more specific competences needed): e.g. PowerPoint presentations; footage editing; design and execution of images for digital advertising
- Own the reporting of all marketing and communication activities both in terms of setting and track kpi's for each activity planned (i.e. CRM kpi's monitoring, analysis and reporting; PR reports in collaboration with PR external consultant/internal specialist and with GroupM Communication structure) and in terms of holding the marketing cost accountability
PERSONAL SKILLS
About 3 years of experience in communication/marketing hands on roles
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Digital savvy
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (in particular Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Mailchimp and similar CRM platforms precedent usage experience
- CMS (i.e. Word Press) previous usership experience
- Basic skills in using programs to edit videos (e.g. Premiere, Final Cut)
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (including Board Members), external partners, agencies
- Solid project management skills and experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication plan
- Ability to handle and own multiple projects and work well under pressure
- Highly motivated & positive attitude especially towards team working
