Italy Procurement Centre Advisor to join its office in
Genoa, Italy within the Procurement, Property & Facility Management Division.

Mission:

The resource, once acquired the mastery of the systems and the minimum experience, will be involved independently or in collaboration with a Referent on projects within the function.

Responsibilities:

Vendor management, master data, analysis, (Microsoft D365, Excel/Pivot, Word, Powerpoint);
Negotiation with suppliers;
Management of the assistance service to "internal customers";
Assistance and completion of purchase requests and issuing of standard orders;
Management of contracts or Framework Agreements;
Planning and management of purchese activities.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Engineering General
