Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

Leads the Company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients.
Provides the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects.
Product Specialist - Equity sales & trading repsosnbilitity.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience, in Business or a related field.
Master's Degree Business or equivalent field. (Preferred).

Work Experience:

12+ Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience.

Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated thought leader in Equity products and services.
Very strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by both excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, as well as analytical skills.
Demonstrated complex contact negotiation/creation skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Ability to translate data into information.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others.

Working Conditions:
Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base annual salary range for this position is $171,000-$300,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
