For our Customer Care department, we are looking for a:
Customer Care Specialist IT / EN / ES (M/F/d)


This very interesting position is located in Milan (Italy) reports to the Team Leader, Customer Care West and South Europe.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter, record and manage purchase orders for equipments or accessories (including returns, exchange)
  • Support in the management of quotations made by the sales representatives
  • Participate in the sending of invoices
  • Follow up on deliveries / installations
  • Perform a first filter of our customers' questions by being the interface between the production plants based in Europe/Singapore, our sales representatives and our technicians.
  • Leica Microsystems gives you the opportunity to work with colleagues from different backgrounds, as we operate from our office in Milan in support of the travelling teams based in the following countries Spain, Portugal and Italy
  • In this position, you will be working more specifically for the Italien and Spanisch an Portuguese markets.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • 3 years experience in customer service
  • Fluent in Italien, Spanish and English
  • SAP Experience is appreciated.
  • Customer oriented
  • Organizational skills
