    Cerchiamo un/una Junior System Engineer da inserire su progetti presso cliente a Roma.

    Cosa farai

    • Supporterai l'implementazione di processi di Systems Engineering e approcci MBSE.
    • Collaborerai su progetti di trasformazione e miglioramento dei workflow (metodologie, strumenti, standard).
    • Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i referenti tecnici e di progetto, con presenza operativa presso sede cliente a Roma.
    • Parteciperai a momenti di formazione e condivisione di best practice, con crescita progressiva sul ruolo.

    Modalità di lavoro

    Roma | On-site (presso sede cliente)

    Cosa cerchiamo

    • Laurea (anche triennale) in Ingegneria / Informatica o percorsi affini (valutiamo anche neolaureati).
    • Conoscenze di programmazione (es. Python, Java, C/C++, o simili) e basi di logica/strutture dati.
    • Interesse per temi di modellazione, processi, requisiti, sistemi complessi.
    • Soft skill: comunicazione, capacità relazionale, problem solving, affidabilità.

    Nice to have

    • Familiarità (anche accademica) con concetti di Systems Engineering / MBSE.
    • Interesse o esperienza in contesti industriali complessi (es. aerospace/defence, automotive, manufacturing).
    • Conoscenza (anche base) di strumenti di modellazione o gestione requisiti.
