- Site Administration Tasks including AHLTA/CHCS, DII System administration, and scheduled backups
- Support System Upgrades for CHCS/AHLTA (Hardware / Software / Firmware)
- Manage CHCS/AHLTA Site Level System Availability
- Assist with monitoring System Performance and Management of bottlenecks
- Assist with resolution of data integrity issues
- Install approved software and maintain interfaces between IT Systems (CHCS/AHLTA)
- Provide onsite support for testing, evaluation, and implementation of new IT systems
- Reporting and Documentation tasks
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in major system events
- Perform technical escalation and support special projects related to CHCS/AHLTA
- Additional duties as assigned supporting CHCS/AHLTA
- BS Degree or Equivalent Experience with less than two years of relevant experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an ADP II Clearance
- Must Possess current Comptia Security+ Certification
- Must meet DOCPER in-country requirements

Description
This role is valid until October 31, 2024 at a facility in Sigonella Navy Base Italy. We are seeking a skilled Systems Specialist Lead to provide support for AHLTA/CHCS systems. Your main tasks will include systems analysis, installation of operating systems, software, and hardware, hot-line customer support, troubleshooting, and integration of system peripherals. Additionally, you will manage the installation and maintenance of CHCS/AHLTA hardware and software, oversee system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software, and perform system security checks regularly.
