Summary:

Sherpany is looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Italian Market.

The acquisition of new leads or customers, the establishment of sustainable customer relationships as well as maintaining contacts with existing customers are just as much part of his/her area of responsibility as the individual agreements with the Sales Executive Team and the follow-up of events including the maintenance of customer data.


Responsibilities:


  • Prequalifying by calling inbound leads coming from social media campaigns & partnerships.
  • Develop and nurture leads through sales processes.
  • Analyze data to help improve sales processes and strategy.
  • Work and coordinate with other teams, mainly Sales executive and Growth Hackers, to achieve business goals.
  • Work with the Growth Hacker Team to efficiently input and track data.
  • Contribute in developing the sales strategy for the italian market.

Job Requirements:


  • University degree or relevant further education (e.g. Business, Administration, Economics, etc.)
  • Looking for an entrylevel position in sales
  • Excellent communication skills whether sales or small talk you convince through and through
  • Positive & winning attitude, problemsolving skills, resilience: you turn problems into opportunities and you never give up
  • You speak Italian at a mothertongue level and very good English
  • Ability to work creatively and independently, excellent organisational skills, creative mindset and team player
