    Il ruolo di Front Office Agent è fondamentale per offrire ospitalità al meglio presso le strutture ricettive centrate a Roma.


    I compiti includono:


    • Gestione quotidiana degli ospiti e delle loro richieste

    • Controllo e risposta alle email

    • Verifica prenotazioni e supporto durante tutto il soggiorno

    Per svolgere questo ruolo è necessaria:


    • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese

    • Flessibilità e attitudine al problem solving
