Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for a Coating Inspector (Level 2 Certified) for a project based at supplier in Avenza area.


Posizione:


The inspector will be tasked to oversee the Blasting & Painting processes, which the manufacturer sub-contracted to a specialized company.


As part of the Resident Team, the final customer inspector will be inserted in a structured team, guided by the Lead Inspector from which the resource will receive past projects lesson learned, work instructions, procedures, guidelines, etc.


Main tasks:

  • Ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan (QCP) by all designated parties (BH
  • MC
  • SUB-CONs), in accordance with their attendance level.
  • Attend inspections or review results according to the approved QCP.
  • Identify and escalate issues, to anticipate challenges prior to delivery dates.
  • Periodically verify operations* are in line with the approved procedures by performing quality walks or audits alongside with the partners.
  • Maintain contact with internal relevant partners to ensure the lesson learned and good practice from past projects are communicated and implemented.

Requisiti:


  • Adjust his working schedule to the relevant stage of manufacturing processes, for example, the inspection moments are concentrated at 10:00 AM and 16:00 PM, there is small to no value in starting work at 7:00 to finish at 16:00.
  • Be a good communicator, establishing a relationship of trust and transparency with the company and the partners.
  • Be a team player.
