A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The position as R&D Food EU
Lab Manager - Cold, Warewashing category is responsible within Cold & Warewashing organization for the Product Development Laboratory competencies/processes, reporting Operational to the R&D FOOD EU COLD/WAREWASHING Category Director

Key Operational Responsibilities:
- representing Development Lab being the main interface within the R&D Cold and Warewashing organization
- supporting the compliance verification (safety, performance and energy consumption requirements) performing testing activities
- holding the accountability of products testing, Development functionality & performance in accordance with the test plan defined by project team
- supporting product development HW and SW
- supporting the new standards design performing testing activities
- holding the responsibility of SW functional verification
- holding the responsibility for the staff safety in the Development Laboratory
- holding the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of Development Laboratory infrastructures
- holding the responsibility for the Development Laboratory staff management and training

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

University Degree
Relevant experience in a similar role
Fluent in English. Other languages seen as an asset
Strong communications skills and ability to explain and report in a transparent way
Strong attitude in creating positive teamworking and able to lead by influencing
Operational Performance
Business Acumen
Interpersonal skills
Proven Team Leading skills
