What we are looking for Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per customer' criteria Lead time control for production and order repair processes Collaborate with manufacturers to assure flowless communication and prompt problem solving Ensure that processes are efficient and accurate (complaints, production orders, repair orders) Improve the Purchasing processes and support performance excellence Support shops for the management processes of repair orders and all related problems (spare parts codes, repair price, quotation, serial number inconsistencies) Support the management of the local master data (product master data, sales and purchase price lists, supply chain attributes) What you'll need - years of experience working in Customer Service Strong team player Customer oriented approach, proactive and problem solver attitude English knowledge B
