    Kellanova is seeking a Sales Analyst to bring friendly, data‐driven energy to a hybrid role based in Italy. Sitting at the heart of Sales and Finance, this person helps coordinate customer deductions and supports budget allocations—turning complex information into clear insights that keep the business moving. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.The Sales Analyst partners across departments to elevate accuracy and speed, from invoice recording to promotion tracking. With a curious mindset and a collaborative style, this role blends analytical rigour with confident storytelling to influence decisions in a fast‐moving FMCG/CPG environment.A Taste of What You'll Be DoingRecord & Validate Customer Invoices: Support timely recording of invoices, matching them to agreed terms and promotions; proactively flag exceptions and work with Finance to keep month‐end smooth.Prioritize Customers & Coordinate Logistics Emergencies: Manage customer priorities and align cross‐functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, 3PLs) to resolve urgent issues and protect service levels.Own the Sales Tool (TPM) & Discounts Uploads: Administer trade promotion management (TPM), set up promotions, upload specific discounts, and support post‐event reconciliation to improve forecast accuracy and compliance.Analyze Data, Build Reports & Craft Sales Presentations: Distil KPIs into dashboards and reports using Excel/Power BI; translate trends into engaging, results‐focused sales presentations for stakeholders.Support Budget Allocations & Deduction Management: Track trade spend against budgets, monitor customer deductions, and help reconcile claims against contracts and promotions to reduce leakage and speed resolution.We're Looking for Someone WithKnowledge of SAPExcellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPointAbility to communicate with the team and across different departmentsFamiliarity with TPM/trade promotion systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)What's NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
