FRONTLINE SERVICES ENGINEERMain activities / Responsibility of the position:
The person sought will operate in the "Group Workplace Solution" structure within the "Digital Workplace".

The purpose of these roles is to provide frontline resource to complete proactive daily meeting room checks ensuring the VC systems are working correctly as well as providing dedicated Premium onsite support when required.

Specifically, our structure is responsible for the management of accident, problem and event management processes, which are essential for guaranteeing excellence in the level of service and for promoting the continuous improvement of the Digital Workplace.

Main requirements and skillsPreference for Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology or similarExcellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)Good leadership, team building and problem solving skillsGood knowledge ofProject Management methodologies, both waterfall and agileAbility to analyze, synthesize and communicate effectivelyExcellent communication and information organization skillsPropensity to deepen knowledge of technological platformsKnowing how to operate according to deadlines and priorities, working both independently and in a groupKnowledge of CA Clarity PPM, PMI, Prince2, ITIL and Agile certifications are preferred requirementsExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system (administration and performance tuning)Excellent knowledge of the Apple Mac operating system (administration and performance tuning)Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 (user administration and training)Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP / IP suite)Knowledge of Mobile Device, iOS and Android, Smartphone and TabletKnowledge in Hardware diagnostic (Personal Computer and Mobile devices)5- years of relevant management in a similar role Lingue conosciute:
