Sales Specialist - Cytology

We now have an immediate requirement for a Sales Specialist Cytology to join our business in Italy on a permanent basis.

What we expect

Demonstrate the understanding of Hologic product line and its benefits/solutions to potential customers.
Execute professional sales process with end user customers from first contact to postsale.
Provide a strong support as specialist at lab manager and technical staff level.
Support existing and potential customer base in order to facilitate sales growth.
Demonstrates Hologic values at a high standard by doing the right thing from the standpoint of the law, propriety and social judgment. Balance customer satisfaction and company profitability
Respond to customer requests and needs to resolve issues including product interest/enquiries, product orders, payment issues, technical support, troubleshooting, product support, training, education, problem solving, instrument installations, instrument repair, etc.
Consistently achieve Sales Plan and maintain Expense Budget.

Effective communication skills and ability to interact with medical staff and sales/marketing colleagues.
Must be able to operate in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Effective teaching skills with ability to translate complex instructions clearly
Advanced technical expertise and attention to details.
Since this position requires you to drive extensively during the workday a valid driving license and driving record satisfactory to the Company.
