Role Description

We are seeking a Corporate Finance & M&A Analyst Intern to join our team.
This paid on-site internship offers hands-on experience in investment banking, working closely with senior analysts and advisors on live transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting industry research and performing market, peer group, and benchmarking analyses to support deal execution.
• Developing financial models (DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis) to assess company valuations and transaction opportunities.
• Preparing client presentations, pitch books, and investment memoranda for M&A and financing transactions.
• Assisting in due diligence, transaction structuring, and strategic financial advisory to support corporate clients.

Required Skills

• Fluent in French and English (verbal and writing); Italian is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucca, Italy.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Experience with Valuation and Accounting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in financial modeling and use of analytical tools.
• Relevant coursework or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
