Personal & Department KPIs yearly defined by hierarchical manager

Responsibilities

Ensure the Quality assurance on the project and coordinate all quality activities throughout the project
Prepare Project Quality Plan and support on the definition of specific procedures/plans for the project, according to corporate procedures and to customer requirements
Coordinate quality activities of Alstom involved unit
Manage non conformities by animating of problem solving and coordinating actions of the relevant stakeholders in the project. Report quality alerts
Measure and improve project quality performance
For assigned projects, monitor compliance with applicable corporate and site procedure, through inspection and audits. Support Site Quality Manager in processes monitoring and in management of Quality System
Monitor supplier quality performance on the project and support supplier qualification
Provide quality reporting

Knowledge / Experience (Necessary/Desirable)**- ISO 9001standard (Necessary)

Experience in Project Quality Assurance / Management
Experience as quality auditor (Desirable)
Quality tools (8D, PDCA,) (Desirable)

Educational Requirements (Necessary/Desirable)**- Engineering Degree or 2 years of work experience in Quality function

Fluent English language (Necessary)
