  • Internal: Site Quality Manager, Project Manager, Project Team, Worksite Quality Manager
  • External : Customer, Suppliers/Subcontractors

  • Personal & Department KPIs yearly defined by hierarchical manager

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Quality assurance on the project and coordinate all quality activities throughout the project
  • Prepare Project Quality Plan and support on the definition of specific procedures/plans for the project, according to corporate procedures and to customer requirements
  • Coordinate quality activities of Alstom involved unit
  • Manage non conformities by animating of problem solving and coordinating actions of the relevant stakeholders in the project. Report quality alerts
  • Measure and improve project quality performance
  • For assigned projects, monitor compliance with applicable corporate and site procedure, through inspection and audits. Support Site Quality Manager in processes monitoring and in management of Quality System
  • Monitor supplier quality performance on the project and support supplier qualification
  • Provide quality reporting

Knowledge / Experience (Necessary/Desirable)**- ISO 9001standard (Necessary)

  • Experience in Project Quality Assurance / Management
  • Experience as quality auditor (Desirable)
  • Quality tools (8D, PDCA,) (Desirable)

Educational Requirements (Necessary/Desirable)**- Engineering Degree or 2 years of work experience in Quality function

  • Fluent English language (Necessary)
