    We are looking for an experienced Senior Search & Social Specialist to manage campaigns (Paid Search & Paid Social).

    Job Description

    You will be responsible for developing the best Search & Social strategy for assigned clients and proactively managing campaigns and reporting in your daily activities.

    You will collaborate with a group of specialists and other departments to integrate Search & Social activities with other media activities.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop effective Search & Social strategies
    2. Manage Search & Social campaigns
    3. Participate in pre and post-campaign analysis
    4. Optimize campaigns
    5. Keep and report periodically on the results achieved

    About You

    Requirements:

    1. Between 2 and 5 years of experience in managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
    2. Demonstrated success in managing large clients/big budget campaigns
    3. Strategic thinker
    4. Teamwork skills
    5. Problem solver
    6. Organized, proactive, and ability to develop creative solutions
    7. Excellent with numbers and a strong eye for detail
    8. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, TikTok
    9. Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    10. Fluent business English

    Location

    Wpp Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working)
