- Be responsible for the development of new products and applications in close collaboration with innovation, application management and marketing by exploring new process technologies, innovative and/or meat alternative raw materials and customer needs
- Work on the feasibility and implementation of new manufacturing equipment developed by the R&D team
- Organize and coordinate all the tests in the pilot plants, both internal and with the customers
- Be the single voice of expertise from a technological point of view on the manufacturing processes with clients
- Be responsible for identifying issues with the available solutions and proposing resolutions
- Work cross functionally to develop and upkeep technical documentation and specifications
- Management of the personnel working in the centers
- University degree in food technology or food science
- More than 5 years of international experience in the bakery R&D sector working within global organization
- Strong technical background in product development, from both know-how application and production process point of view
- Analytical approach in defining feasibility and test trials
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Customer oriented mindset and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
