Key job responsibilities
- Fortlaufendes Identifizieren von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für das Mitarbeitererlebnis
- Leitung eines kleinen Teams regionaler Schulungskoordinator:innen an verschiedenen Standorten
- Überwachung und Verbesserung von Leistungskennzahlen an allen Betriebsstandorten
- Fachliche Expertenberatung für Führungskräfte
- Analyse und Auswertung von Mitarbeiterumfragen, um Verbesserungsvorschläge zu erkennen und umzusetzen
A day in the life
Du hast die Möglichkeit, flexibel zu arbeiten. Je nach Gegebenheiten arbeitest Du an einem Logistikstandort, in einem unserer Corporate Offices oder gelegentlich auch von zu Hause aus. Du führst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Team Schulungsprojekte an verschiedenen EU-Standorten durch und unterstützt dort auch die Einführung von Lernmaßnahmen und Programmen. Das beinhaltet unter anderem auch People Management sowie Unterstützung und Anleitung Deiner Kolleg:innen.
Das Ziel in dieser Rolle ist es, neue Schulungs- und Entwicklungsprogramme zu gestalten und umzusetzen, um laufend unser Unternehmen zu verbessern. Außerdem ergreifst du die Initiative, um Sicherheit, Produktivität und Leistung an unseren Standorten zu verbessern. Dazu entwickelst Du Schulungskurse und empfiehlst Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
About the team
Als Teil des Amazon-Customer-Excellence-System (ACES) Teams arbeiten wir an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Logistik bei Amazon. Wir betreuen High-Impact-Initiativen und helfen bei der Entwicklung, Einführung und Beaufsichtigung verschiedener Logistikprojekte. Jüngste Beispiele sind unter anderem die Einführung und Erweiterung von Lieferungen mit mikromobilen Fahrzeugen (mit E-Lastenrädern oder zu Fuß) in ganz Europa sowie Lieferungen per Elektrofahrzeug. Mithilfe von datengestützten Tools erkennen wir, wie wir Prozesse verbessern oder effizienter machen und die im ganzen Unternehmen entstehenden Abfallmengen reduzieren können.
Unser Team unterstützt die Einführung neuer Programme und technologiebasierter Lösungen vor Ort in ganz Europa. Die Programme helfen bei der Erfüllung der Kundennachfrage und der Förderung kundenorientierter Innovationen. Wir setzen außerdem die anspruchsvollen Standards für unsere Schulungsteams und gestalten das Onboarding-Erlebnis für Partnerfirmen, Lieferpartner und Manager:innen so ansprechend wie möglich.
