We are looking for a Quality control specialist within the HSEQ Unit of Enel X.

Would you like to get involved in a flexible, innovative and curious context Join theEnel X team What you will do Monitor Enel X processes along the business lines regarding quality achievements, also through KPIs calculation and monitoring, liaising with Global and country quality organizations Manage quality control on product and services offered by Enel X in synergy with business lines, even participating to site inspections and second party audit to suppliers, if required Coordinate the process of product homologation according to country laws and norms framework, liaising with HSE departments both at global and country level and also monitoring the legislative update Support for editing documents (policies, procedures, operating instructions, technical docs) issued within HSEQ and quality check according to Enel X policies Conduct first party audit according to Integrated Management System of Enel X, also monitoring not conformities resolution Support the process of contractors qualification, managing the topics concerning the quality requirements within the relevant Merchandise group Interface with Holding and country HSEQ departments in order to spread operational excellence initiatives and projects (, innovative digital solutions, etc) Who you are Engineer or technical disciplines degree Certification in ISO19011 and preferably in at least one norm ISO9001, ISO14001, 45001, 37001 Experience to participate in audits in Group companies and/or external contractors Experience in the HSEQ or Technical Department as a plus International work experience as a plus What we search in you Basic knowledge of Enel group processes, preferred of Enel X Knowledge of Quality, Environment and Safety management systems and expertise on auditing methods according to ISO19011 Competence in project management and deadlines management Attitude to planning,in terms of resource and time, in different geographies Knowledge of widely used systems (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Share Point, MS Project, SAP) Strong attitude to work in team, resources manage and knowledge sharing even by an Agile approach Open minded and inclination to innovation and digitalization Capability to work by goals and measuring the performances Problem solving and autonomy in jobs management; Competence in communication, listening and empathy fluent in writing and speaking English language Preferred:
