Position Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist acts to get in touch with the best Talents on the market.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the End to End recruitment process of assigned requests.


As a partner of Line Managers and HR Business Partners, you will identify right people to guarantee the success of the company, making the Line more and more autonomous in the management of the Recruiting process.


A day in the life of Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Deliver End to End Recruitment process: manage and deliver high quality talent
  • Successfully execute the talent acquisition strategy. Ensure planning and hiring decisions and ensure you are continuously informed and up to date by relevant market trends.
  • Support the Line Manager during the selection process, giving feedback and challenging him/her, to transfer Recruiting skills and make him/her more autonomous.
