We are looking for a Property and Maintenance Team Leader who will be responsible for maintaining all the Equipments & Installations in the plant, looking after day to day maintenance activities & providing best service support. _

What does the job of Property and Maintenance Team Leader look like?

A Team of 6 experienced maintenance colleagues ensure that Equipments are performing as per desired way and aim for
zero Breakdown.

You will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering, Property & Maintenance Manager and cooperating with him in order to further
ensure the best service support to our Operations.

What we expect from you?
Several years experience in providing facility management work and coordination of maintenance workers.

We are looking for an energetic colleague who is happy to coordinate the Maintenance Team and the service providers.

Someone with an eye for detail and hands-on mentality would be ideal for this role.

Being self-motivated and able to work under the pressure will be crucial.

What you will deal with in this role?

The role concentrates on preparation, monitoring & execution of timely Preventive maintenance of Plant Installations & Facilities as per plan
Identify opportunities for improving service delivery. Ensuring the safety of the land, equipment and buildings through regular inspection
Troubleshooting and managing services, such as cleaning, gardening, housekeeping & communications networks
Ensure that all critical equipment's are performing as per desired way & to aim for zero Breakdown
Ensure that contract agencies are working as per the defined SOP's & KPI's
Keep up to date records of maintenance of Plant & Facility through agreed KPIs, daily / weekly / monthly to the management & draw necessary support wherever required well in time
Ensure legal compliance of installed equipment's
Planning, proper storage & up keeping of maintenance spares as required
Acquisition and installation of modular and standard furnitures
Develop new suppliers for maintenance spares & services
Develope an annual plan for P & P, including anticipated repairs and maintenance
Adapt new technologies for Energy Conservation in our day to day working
Participate in various audit activities & prepare score cards
Work towards Continual Improvement to have the best maintenance plan to have the smooth Operations with least possible costs
