Position Summary:

We're looking for a
Customer Order Management Specialist for a _Fixed Term (1 year) in _
_Rivoli (TO)__ Location._


Main opportunities and challenges:

Be part of a project that cover all supply chain steps.

Complex experience in organizing Customer Order management activities (including relations with Customers and production plants), discussion of shipping plans with customers, control of inbound/outbound logistics flows advanced warehouses.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Learning and training of current logistics planning procedures, management of shipping plans, management of critical issues
  • Creation of procedures dedicated to Ford Otosan aimed at obtaining Ford Q1 certification
  • Management of the Ford portal
  • Shipping management
  • Criticality management
  • Delivery performance management
  • Uploading shipping promises
  • Management of daily communications with Ford
  • Interface with Ford component manufacturing plants

Job Position Requirements:


Education:
University bachelor degree - Logistic/Production


Professional background:
Automotive


Hard skills

Essential:

  • English


  • Office

  • Excell

Considered as a plus:

  • Previous experience in customer order management with foreign customer
  • Power BI Knowledge
