Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Quality Specialist to join the Facility Management team.

Our office in Interporto (BO)

Department Size: 4 (Approx.)


Reporting into:
Facility Manager
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Develop and update facility procedures and policies, and supervise their compliance;
Manage facility audits and all relevant aspects;
Interface with the HSE team for the technical issues resolution about environmental, safety, and health;
Organize and manage all obligatory routine maintenance;
Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided;
Elaborate relevant reports;
Coordinate any projects related to the HSE field;
Ensure the correct archival of practices.
The type of person we are looking for: Preferred master's degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering);
Preferred previous experience in development of management systems (ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 , ISO 45001)
Preferred previous experience in facility audits;
Preferred previous experience in facility management or in HSE team in big-size companies;
Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems;
Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite;

English:
Intermediate, spoken and written;
Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely;
Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders;
Ability to synthesize and communicate the results of the work;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment;
