• Scouting, onboarding new channels and creators to the company network and searching for new business opportunities
• Follow under the Talent & Project managers' supervision a new Project on a main social media (Tik Tok)
• Provide support to the Talent Partnership Team in daybyday tasks ( analytics, video and channel optimisation, etc.)
• Assist managing existing creators, create documents and proposals, assist talent managers on ongoing campaigns.
• Maintain and feed databases of potential prospects
• Preparing, delivering, and followingup on services proposals, under supervision of the Teams Manager
• Keep up to date with company services and industry trends

• You are currently enrolled or degree in Marketing, PR, Media, Communication, Media
• You have very good knowledge of social/digital media
• You bring handson mentality, are a teamplayer, have strong communication and good problem solving skills
• Your Italian language skills are excellent and you have good English language skills
