    JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to join our team in Milan.

    RESPONSIBILITIES Own and develop comprehensive brand strategies for key strategic brands within the portfolio of Cooper Consumer Health, part of Cooper Consumer Health.

    Create marketing plans for each brand, implementing above and below-the-line activations ensuring consistency across channels and performance measurement. Manage innovations and promotions with excellent project management skills. Provide product training and materials for internal sales and external medical teams. Collaborate with external service agencies (e.g. packaging design, media & advertising) and cross-functional teams (sales, innovation, regulatory, supply & logistics). Secure in-depth market knowledge (sell-in & sell-out), analysing trends, competitors, and customer data. Report to the Brand Group Manager on brand performance and market insights. COMPETENCIES Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a brand manager or in a similar role.


    Preferred:
    Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, personal care, FMCG, or beauty sector. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong strategic and analytical skills, coupled with a robust entrepreneurial spirit. Result-oriented with a no-nonsense approach and a strong team player. Proficient in using marketing tools and software. OTHER INFORMATION Flexible office between Milan (3 days) and home office (2 days)
