A. guarantees a solid framework of services designed to support various asset management activities. Key elements include back-office activities, organized to provide maximum efficiency, advanced reporting systems and sophisticated technological infrastructures. The company also acts as a holding company, retaining share capital in the boutiques and Generali Investments' companies.


COO Product Distribution & Boutique Ops Coordination function oversees operational activities to support the development of the Product & Distribution business line and coordinate the collaboration with Active Management Boutiques from an Operations standpoint.


  • Manage the Generaliinvestments websites ongoing maintenance and future improvement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Define and implementing a marketing automation and B2B conversion strategy align with business objectives, product launches, crossselling, periodic industry events, partnerships, available content, ad hoc communication
  • Improve nurturing processes and personalization. Be the specialist of the tool and ensure best possible deliverability of messages
  • Assist sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads from our website and digital channels, and measure their maturity according to their behavior
  • Create analytical and followup reporting, analyze global sales KPIs and propose action plan to pilot activity
  • Challenge the actual process or setup and suggest improvements. Increase conversion rate through A/B testing
  • Assist in establishing and promote marketing automation guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Define business requirements for the development of the digital tools;
  • Monitor project activities and manage the relationship with internal and external parties involved in the project;
  • Manage the websites projects, by updating and optimizing their efficiency;
  • Support the "Marketing" team to introduce new tools;
  • Prepare reports and analytics dashboards;
  • Plan and implement various marketing tools and operationally contribute to business and marketing objectives;
  • Create and implement innovative solutions to achieve business objectives and measurable results
  • Define operational success metrics and evaluate impact of activities to support business growth
  • Analyze data and insights to help on guiding strategy and implementation of marketing solutions
  • Embrace evolving technologies to enable advanced solutions and improve customer experience
  • Comply with all internal and external requirements to ensure the business is in line with changing regulations and evolving guidelines

Requirements:


  • Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Finance, Computer Science;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and strong ecommerce sense;
  • Proven experience in digital processes redesign, A track record of gaining an understanding of customer needs and delivering effective, impactful marketing solutions;
  • A track record of using data and analytics to optimize and improve performance as ongoing efforts;
  • Experience and ability to work directly with suppliers on campaign management, web page creation and UX/UI design end to end for an asset manager;
  • Strong project management, coordination, and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in asset management or in investment banking institutions and knowledge of financial markets would be preferable
