Daze's mission is to simplify and make electric vehicle charging accessible for everyone. Together we design charging systems for individuals and companies, seeking the perfect balance between innovation and design.

Our company was born in 2016 from the intuition of two young mechanical engineers, Andrea Daminelli and Giacomo Zenoni:

the DazePlug, a simple mechanical arm that allowed the realization of the first prototype of an automatic conductive charger for electric vehicles.

Over the years, Daze's mission has developed to increasingly aim at proposing its own idea of a domestic eco-system, where sustainable mobility and smart energy management work together to enable a total and concrete energy transition.

Your Role

As a Hardwareist, you will join the R&D Department of Daze, within an extremely dynamic team full of responsibility/extremely prepared and full of increasingly stimulating challenges made up of 12 other professionals in the sector.

You will take care of designing and documenting the products developed for specific orders or to increase the portfolio of standard products and you will start developing the new range of Daze products (industrial switching, inverters, choppers, AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters ).

Specifically, your manager will be Federico: in Daze since day 0, he has seen the company grow and has grown with it.

Graduated in Milan Polytechnic, over the years he has moved from the role of project manager to CTO, eventually managing a team of 10 collaborators.

Pragmatic and analytical, Federico will always find time to motivate a member of his team, and especially to organize a game of paddle with his colleagues.

The Profile We'Re Looking For

Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering;
3 years experience in electronics design, having knowledge in power electronics will be a preferential requirement;
Excellent knowledge of CAE and CAD software and both electrical and mechanical simulation software.
