Global Product Offering Specialist - Thermal to join our dynamic team in
Tognana, Italy


The Product Offering Specialist works with Global Product manager to develop and execute strategies on New Product Development to ensure that products meet the diverse needs of global customer base while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.


What kind of work will you be doing?

  • Support Global Product Manager in developing detailed requirements for new product requirements based on Market and Voice of the Customer and understanding of their product usage and buying journey. Cooperate with Regional offering managers and country teams to receive requirements and to allow new thermal products introduction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify global trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Analyze data to gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Provide technical knowledge and expertise to support Application Engineer and Sales team on the product/system selection/definition.
  • Develop product collateral with support from cross functional teams to support new product launches and sustaining product evolutions to include presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons, product documentation, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Manage ETO-C / custom sales' projects and provide support to sales for quotation, technical support, special performances selections and follow up the projects during the different phases including management of witness tests.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product strategies with overall business objectives and priorities. Attend tradeshows, visit customers, meet with sales team, distributors and partners to ensure an accurate voice of customer is heard in all product plans.

What will make you successful?

  • University degree (BS or Master) in Engineering.
  • Good know how of thermodynamics and preferably Chilled Water system.
  • Effectively communicates technical information and complex ideas.
  • Experience working with customers and field sales teams.
  • Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions.
  • Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs.
  • Very strong research and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English languages. 35 years of experience.
