For our project start-up team based in Rome and focused on projects in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a
Planner Specialist.


Responsibilities

  • Preparing the Activities and Resources Planning with the Technical Manager and analyzing the critical issues by using the "Critical Path Method".
  • Integrating the project's WBS for the current variants of the works.
  • Supporting the Procurement Manager in preparing the Procurement Plan regarding the materials/products to include in the permanent projects and works.
  • Monitoring and controlling the advancement of the works, verifying the differences with what has been previously planned.
  • Simulating the different production scenarios aimed at solving the typical production problems typical of order activities.
  • Communicating, in agreement with the Technical Manager, both verbally and through specific documents, the results concerning the elaboration of the planning documents with all production, project and administration functions.
  • Communicating, in agreement with the Technical Manager, with the customer as regards the topics that are under his/her responsibility.

Requirements:


  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering;
  • 5 years' experience;
  • Technical Civil Building Site Management;
  • Proficiency in the use of Primavera and Project;
  • Ability to create projects and to create a final balance sheet;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to travel to Saudi Arabia;
  • Excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken;
