Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lecce for a Chef de Rang & Bar Specialist.

The role involves delivering exceptional dining and bar service experiences to guests by combining leadership with a passion for hospitality.

Daily responsibilities include supervising dining and bar staff, ensuring seamless service, managing guest requests, recommending food and beverage pairings, and upholding high-quality standards of service.

The individual will also coordinate table settings, manage orders, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
Strong hospitality skills, including customer service, guest relations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Proficiency in food and beverage pairings, knowledge of wines, and expertise in bar service.
Team leadership abilities, staff coordination experience, and communication skills to guide and assist team members effectively.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage table settings, orders, and ensure high service standards are maintained.
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage to support diverse clientele.
Previous professional experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
