PRINCIPAL BANKING.

How do you shape the world of tomorrow?
- you independently contribute to
building and deepening close Baking client relationships, and as their trusted advisor, you are the first to whom they turn;
- you
acquire new Banking projects and challenges on your own;
- you are in charge of planning, leadership, and quality assurance for
strategic IT Banking projects and work with passion for client's long-term success;
- you use your comprehensive knowledge of technology and the Banking industry to provide both internal and external stakeholders with the orientation they need in critical project phases and situations;
- you think across projects and connecting factors, and plan resources with a clear view to their effectiveness;
- you take responsibility for presenting key project results at the highest level of client management;
- you work with entrepreneurial passion to advance the company with your contributions to people development, recruiting, and practice areas.

You can make a difference if
- you completed a degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades;
- you have
at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the lead design and management of Banking IT implementation and strategy projects;
- you already have project-related
management experience of teams with more than 5 people;
- you know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases;
- even in complex organizational structures, you effectively steer decisions toward the goal and master escalating situations with an eye to solutions;
- you have
successfully acquired Banking projects;
- you are good at understanding and communicating complex topics in
both Italian and English.
