Grand Hotel Imperiale is a five-star luxury hotel located in Forte dei Marmi. The hotel offers 46 elegantly designed rooms & suites with pastel colors, gold paneling, and luxurious fabrics. Guests can enjoy a rich international buffet breakfast and traditional Mediterranean cuisine prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The hotel also features an extensive wine list and an exclusive spa for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Additionally, the hotel has a recently opened beach club, Beach Club Remo, located just 200 meters away, offering luxurious beach getaways.


Role Description
Grand Hotel Imperiale is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team.

This full-time, on-site role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel and its Beach Club Remo.

The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to implement operational and sales strategies, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.


Key responsibilities include overseeing daily hotel operations, assisting in human resources and staff management, handling guest relations, and implementing innovative operational standards.

The Assistant General Manager will also play a significant role in shaping the sales and marketing strategy, contributing to budget planning, and supervising administrative tasks.

In the absence of the General Manager, this role will assume leadership responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on operations.
  • Background in sales and marketing, with a track record of successful strategies.
  • Proficiency in relevant hotel industry technologies and software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 12 mesi


Retribuzione:
€40.000,00 - €45.000,00 all'anno
