Now we are looking for a RECRUITER in our office in Bergamo

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Conducting internal and external competitions for a vacant position
  • Control of the availability of conditions necessary for work (work place, access to system, etc...)
  • Search and establishment of interaction with local recruitment agencies
  • Conducting research on the benefits of the countries where Asstra operates.
  • Administrative activity such as main and audit employee attendance records at the end of the month, management of employment contracts and employment documents, curricular and extracurricular internships

REQUEREMENTS:


  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Experience and indepth knowledge of selection processes and in human resources activities
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team
  • Attentiveness to details, ability to work with large amounts of information
