Attività
Per la nostra sede di Roma, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Staff Accounting che lavorerà a diretto riporto del Group Accounting Manager Italia.
La risorsa supporterà il team Accounting nelle attività operative legate alla gestione contabile e alla predisposizione del bilancio, con particolare riferimento a:
- Contabilizzazione di scritture di assestamento, rettifica e ammortamenti;
- Attività di allineamento e quadratura a seguito di analisi effettuate nel corso della gestione ordinaria dei bilanci;
- Collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali per garantire la correttezza e coerenza delle informazioni rilevate in bilancio;
- Caricamento dei dati mensili per il RP alla capogruppo.
- Sarà inoltre coinvolta nelle attività relative al ciclo attivo e alle chiusure di cassa, tra cui:
- Verifica delle chiusure di cassa dei front office sul territorio;
- Supporto ai front office in caso di difficoltà nelle operazioni di chiusura cassa o chiusura amministrativa delle pratiche su LIS (es. chiusura accettazione, storno o incasso fatture);
- Controllo della correttezza dei dati confluiti in contabilità dal gestionale di fatturazione attiva;
- Elaborazione file per l'invio delle fatture elettroniche.
Requisiti
Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ambito amministrativo-contabile ed è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia Aziendale, Economia e Commercio o Scienze Economiche;
- Solida competenza in contabilità generale;
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel;
- Precisione, affidabilità e rispetto delle scadenze;
- Costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di SAP.

Contratto: Tempo Determinato (1 anno)
