BayWa r.e. Power Solutions S.r.l, a subsidiary of BayWa r.e.

renewable energy GmbH, is responsible for the development, sales and implementation of Energy Solutions for international commercial and industrial clients.

Due to our dynamic growth we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a

Junior Accountant (M/F/d) as a temporary position with possibility of extension.

What You Will Do:

As a member of a Finance team you are involved in all areas of financial processes for the legal entity in Italy in accordance with the guidelines of BayWa r.e. group
You are specifically responsible for accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, VATreturn and payments
You ensure a timely monthly, quarterly, and yearend closing in cooperation with Finance colleagues located in Italy and Germany
You provide commercial reports on a regular basis as well as commercial and administrative support, if required
You interact with several partners within the BayWa r.e. group as well as external partners

What You Bring:

You have an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable education
You have gained professional experience in Accounting / Bookkeeping for more than 3 years
You have acquired deep knowledge of accounting principles according to Italian GAAP, IFRS knowledge is a plus
You are familiar with the use of an ERP system, SAP FI/CO knowledge is a plus.
You own a high degree of selfmotivation, proactive way of working, discretion, and loyalty
Additionally, you show a fast comprehension in new and complex contents, flexibility, and a handson mentality
You are fluent in written and spoken Italian. A good knowledge in English is required
You are technically and digitally inclined
