Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group digital polo.

It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the Group, delivering e-commerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions.

Directly reporting to Head of Digital Products, the Product Strategy Manager lead the Product Strategy Team in defining product roadmaps, creating new market-driven products and monitoring digital KPIs for all the European A.S.

Watson Brands.

A typical day in this role includes:
Lead the product strategy team (7/8 resources) and coordinate team members to achieve targets Identify and analyse market opportunities and customer needs Support the BUs to leap from project-based approach to product-based approach in the roadmap definition Drive the digital vision and strategy, managing relationships with our BUs' stakeholders at senior level Proactively propose digital solutions in line with market trends and BUs' needs Support the team to reduce complexity, improve efficiency and create synergies at Group level Create product roadmaps, drive and oversee all the phases of the product lifecycle Manage roadmap to ensure that sales and customer satisfaction goals are met Collaborate with the other teams to ensure that products are delivered in time and with the expected quality Define and trackbusiness KPIs to measure success for product areas, with a ROI perspective Improve CX working closely with all the marketing departments of the European brands This role would be a good fit for you if:

Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing or related discipline Proven expertise in product roadmaps, eCommerce and digital marketing management Proven team management skills and experience 6 years of experience in similar roles within complex organization.

Experience in strategic consultancy is a plus Excellent negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills Innovative and able to think open and broadly to seize opportunities to enhance customer experience Strong analytical skills able to draw conclusions from data, management information and trends Fluent English spoken and written What you'll get from us:
