What you'll do:

You will join the Betting Experience and Innovation team, in the Betting business unit, reporting directly to the Betting Experience & Innovation Discipline Leader;
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of online and retail betting products and services, improving the consumer experience for all the touchpoints (website, app, retail devices). You will contribute to increase the innovation in Sisal, using an innovative approach in defining how to improve the consumer experience and the existing products, such as Tipster;
In your daily activities, you will help our team managing rollouts and drafting user requirements and you will elaborate documents and presentation for the Management, dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are:

You have at least 2 years of experience in betting/gaming sector or within dynamic and international environments;
You have a degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering (other fields will be considered);
You have an excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Powerpoint and Excel;
You are resilient, proactive, flexible, innovative, well organised;
You are proficient in both spoken and written Italian and English;
You have excellent aptitude for teamwork and working to objectives.

Preferrably, you also have:

Experience in innovation (startups or innovation departments) and/or project management;
Basic knowledge of French or other foreign languages;
Basic knowledge of Project Management tools (such as Jira).
