    Cultura D'Impresa S.R.L. ricerca e seleziona QUALITY MANAGER per importante azienda del settore metalmeccanico con sede in provincia di Bergamo.

    Attività assegnate:

    • Avviiare e implementare il sistema di qualità in azienda, seguendo le normative e le linee guida aziendali.
    • Gestire e sviluppare i processi di assicurazione qualità, garantendo che tutti i prodotti e servizi rispondano agli standard di qualità definiti.
    • Gestire il controllo qualità, monitorando costantemente i processi produttivi e effettuando verifiche sistematiche per assicurarsi che gli standard vengano rispettati.
    • Identificare aree di miglioramento e proporre soluzioni per ottimizzare la qualità dei prodotti e dei processi aziendali.
    • Coordinare le attività di audit interni ed esterni, gestire la documentazione relativa e garantire il rispetto delle certificazioni di qualità.

    Requisiti:

    • Formazione in linea con il ruolo;
    • Esperienza pregressa nella gestione dei sistemi di qualità, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o produttivi.
    • Capacità di gestire in modo autonomo sia l'assicurazione qualità che il controllo qualità.
    • Approccio pratico e flessibile, in grado di adattarsi a diversi contesti aziendali e gestire vari aspetti del sistema qualità.
    • Ottima capacità di analisi e problem solving, con attenzione al dettaglio.
