    **Job Title:** General Manager I Opening Mama Shelter Lake Como


    We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our team in opening a new location in Italy. As the face of our property, you will be responsible for creating a positive and stimulating environment that fosters teamwork and delivers an exceptional customer experience.



    About Us:


    Mama Shelter is a dynamic hotel group that offers unique living spaces where everyone feels at home. Our properties blend influences, freedoms, sensations, and emotions to create an unforgettable atmosphere.



    The Role:


    • You will manage a team of 100 people responsible for providing customers with an exceptional Mama experience through welcoming, quirky, and friendly interactions.

    • You will develop special relationships with customers and local businesses by delivering personalized experiences tailored to their needs.

    • You will maintain high standards in our rooms and services while ensuring profitability through revenue generation and cost control.


    The ideal candidate has previous experience as a General Manager or equivalent role within hospitality industry. They possess strong leadership skills,
    demonstrating ability to adapt quickly.
    The position requires someone who can work under pressure while maintaining composure during unexpected situations.
    The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal plus analytical mind set along side willingness towards continuous improvement.
