Rome, starting from July, 2024.


As part of the Rooms Service Team you will provide our guests with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of personalized service and providing exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Mastering culinary and beverage service skills to deliver an allround In Room Dining experience to our guests.
  • Demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and handling skills to ensure timely delivery and completion of guest centered tasks and requests.
  • Showcasing inclusivity, prioritizing food allergies & dietary needs.
  • Collaborating with culinary & bar teams for perfection.
  • To champion health, safety & hygiene, setting gold standards (HACCP).

It would be great if you had previous experience in restaurants or hotels But if not, we have pros who can train you.
