The Relevancy Department aims to influence designers across the country, optimising the use of natural light and ventilation and comfort, within indoor spaces, by offering an advanced technical consultancy service.


As a Relevancy Manager, your primary goal is to guide a dedicated team, act as a catalyst for innovation, demontrating agility in adapting to change and always be ready for new opportunities.


Your main activities:


  • Consistently deliver against set goals and targets defined by the Management
  • Lead and coach a team of architects/engineers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
  • Propose strategies, according to the evolution of the market and the Sales Director, with particular attention to the network of specifiers/designers
  • Develop genuine and sustainable customer relationships with key customers (architectural firms, universities)

Qualification


It is natural for you to develop as well as maintain relationships and you have great communication and collaboration skills to communicate across different levels.

You have a positive attitude, you are proactive and self-motivated. Besides that, you have a goal-oriented approach, so you are committed by achieving results.

In addition, we expect that you have:

  • Technical degree
  • At least 2 years' experience in managerial role and in structured companies
  • Determination, ability to work towards goals and a strong propensity for selforganization
  • Ability to adjust to different situations and open to change in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • IT skills : Microsoft O365 suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and CRM package
  • Full knowledge of the English language
  • Willingness to travel across country, at least 50% of the working time
