A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct configuration of all the SaaS we use, optimizing for productivity and security.
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of software and hardware issues, providing onsite support.
  • Boost Spooners' efficiency by supporting them with technical issues and providing proper training on tool usage, especially during their on
- and off-boarding.

  • Take an active role in identifying the company's infrastructural needs in terms of equipment, and help define the plan to fulfill them—always with an eye on boosting Spooner productivity and enjoyment.
  • Help set up the hardware and software for company events, both livestreamed and inperson, and make sure everything works perfectly.
  • If needed, manage critical tech emergencies on 24/7 rotations with your teammates.
  • Manage the office network, taking care of both the hardware and software.

  • Availability for oncall rotations. If necessary, you may be on an oncall rotation to provide emergency tech support for the company.
  • You live in Milan, or are ready to relocate. This position requires you to work in Milan most of your time.
